I will be going on costa fortuna in the mediterranean
are we allowed to bring bottles of wine on board?

We sailed on Costa Concordia last year from Rome. I don't know the official answer to your question, we couldn't find out either but we took wine and carried it onboard with no questions asked so I would guess you'll be able to do the same
